Ingredients:
- 1 28.2 oz can whole peeled tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Chopped Calabrian chiles
- Handful chopped parsley
- Basil to garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat
- Add the garlic and chiles, and cook until the garlic is browned and it starts to smell strongly
3. Add the whole peeled tomatoes to a large bowl, and crush using a fork. Then add to the saucepan.
4. Simmer until desired consistency is reached. Turn off the heat, and add a handful of chopped parsley.
5. Serve with pasta, basil leaves, and freshly grated parmesan
